A RESOLUTION OF
THE COI<llMISSICN OF THE CIfry OF BOZEMAN PROVIDING FOR
THE CONSTRUCTION
OF SIDEWALKS AND CURBS IN THE CITY OIi' BOZEMAN DUR-
IKG THE YEAR 1937,
WITHOUT TIm FORMATION OF A SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DIS-
TRICT.

having heretofore on the 21st day of May, 1937..
submitted to the
I
Commission of the City of Bozeman,
A Report showing sidewalks and curbs in bad condi-
tion which should be repaired or replaced; locations where no sidewalks have been con-
structed and new sidewalks should be constructed; locations where driveways adjacent to
paved streets should be constructed or reconstructed;
all of which is set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to said Report, which Schedule "A" shows the name of the owner..
a description of the property..
and the character of the work to be done,
and which
Schedule lIA" is hereto attached and made a part hereof;
that said Report and Schedule
itA" have been submitted to the Commission pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
561..

Said Commission
having examined said Report and Schedule "A" and having on May

26th and 27th inspected said sidewalks,

1935, against the property in front of which the same is constructed;
VI.
That to defray the cost of construction of said sidewalks and curbs, and any other
concrete work by the City, as herein provided, the assessment therefor shall be spread
over a. term of five years, payment to be made in equal annual installments; that the
I Resolution therefor shall be passed and adopted as provided by said Ordinance No. 561,
and said Section 5244,
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
t here of held on the 2() th day of May, 1937.
