There has been filed with the cler}:
of the City Corronission of the Ci ty
of Bozeman,
Montana a petition in due form of certain property owners residing on Al-
derson Street
between the west line of Seventh Avenue,
South,
and the east line of
Ei'hth Avenue,
South,
in said City,
asking that a special improvement district be
created on said
portion of Alderson Street,
for the purpose of constructing
in said
street concrete
curbs and plant mix oil macadam pavement or penolithic pavement on
crushed r:ravel
base;
and
Whereas:
At the regular meeting of the City
Commission of the City of Bozeroon held

portion of Alderson Street, between the west line of seventh Avenue, South, and the east

and form as prescribed by Section 5227 R. C. Montana 1935.
Passed and adopted by the City Commission of Bozerr':..an at a regular session thereof

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th day of May, 1937, at a regular session of
the Commission of the City of Bozeman, Commission Resolution No. 362, entitled:

was passed and adopted. The property included in the proposed district is described
as follows: I
Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 in Block 40 and Lots 1,
2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23, 24 in Block 49, all in Par1: addition to
Bozeman, Montana.
That Friday, the 28th day of May, 1937, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Commission
Room of the City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, is designated by said Resolution No. 362 as
the time and place for he,'lring objections to the action proposed to be taken by said
resolution and the adoption of an ordinance giving effect to the same, and when and
where any and all persons whose property abuts on that portion of West Alderson Street
between the west line of Seventh Avenue, South, and the east line of Eighth Avenue,
South, may~pear and show cause, if any they have, against said proposed improvement.
Objections must be made in writing.
An approximate es tima te of the cos t of doing such work and malcing such imporvment
is $3000.00. Notice is further given that the Resolution of Intention to create said
special improvement d:i.strict is on file ir' the office of the ClerIc of the C1 ty Cormnis-
3ion of the City of Bozeman, and is open to the inspection of all interested parties.
This notice is given nursuant to the provisions of Section 5227, R. C. Montana,
1935. .1
