of Bozeman,
Montana,
a petition in due form of certain property owners residing on Ninth
A venue,
Sou th,
between the north line of Dickerson Street and the
north line of College
Street,
in said C1ty,
asldng that a special improvement district
be created on said por-
tion of Ninth
Avenue,
South,
for
the purpose of constructing in said street concrete curbs
and plant mix
oil macadam pavement or penolithic pavenlent on crushed gravel base;
and
