Schedule A,
as required by law;
that the payment of said sums shall
be made in twenty-
one installments
and the payment of said installments shall extend over a period of
twenty years;
th--t the payment of the respective annual installments shall be made on
or before the
30th day of' November of each year until payment of all installments
to-
gether with the
interest thereof,
shall be made;
that said sums
shall be paid and the

collection thereof shall be made in the manner and in accordance with the law governing
the collection of special
improvement taxes;
th?t failure to pay such assessments
when
the same become
due and payable shall make slich persons and said lots and parcels of
land liable to
the penal tie s pro'rided by law r01a ti ve to delinquent taxes;
Section 2.
That the regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman
to be held in
the Commission Chamber in the C:Lty Hall of said City on the 29th day of
October,
1937,
at 7:30 o'clock P.M.,
be,
and the same is hereby designated as the time
and place at which
objections
to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard
by the said Commission.
Section 3.

and directed to rmblish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle,

ment ot taxes
to defray the cost and expense of constructing and making the improvements
in the said SDecial
ImDrovement District No. 307 is on file in the office of tlie Clerk

388 was duly passed and adopted; that said Commission Resolution No. 388 levies and
assesses a special assessment of taxes upon all the property in Special Improvement
Distrlct No. 307 in said City, to defray the cost and expense of constructinr; and
malctng the improvements wi thirc said District;
rThat, said Commission Reso1utionNo. 388, is now on file in the office of the
Cler};;: of the Commission subject to inspectionibr a period of five (5) days by any I
persons interested. That Friday the 29th day of October, 193:, at 7:30 otc~oCk P.M.,
