Declaration of Intention
It is
hereby declared to be the intention of the Commis sj.on of 'The Ci ty of Bozeman,
to create a special improvement district to be known and
designated as ItSpecial Improve
ment District Number 313",
for the purpose of construct:Lng a sanitary sewer on Willson
Avenue,
South,
in said City, between Hayes Street and Grant Street,
and within the
boundaries of said Special Improvement District No. 313 as
hereinafter defined.

estimate of the cost of said construction to be specially assessed against the land there-
in per lineal foot of frontage is $1.095 per front foot.

Payment in Bonds
That the entire
cost and expense of constructlnr!;
said sani tary sewer shall be paid
by special improvement district coupon bonds as authorized by law,
which bonds shall be
in the denomination of$lOO.OO each,
and in fractions
where necessary,
to he issued and
I
chargeable against a fund to be known as Special Improvement District No.
313 Fund,
said
bonds to be redeemable at the option of The City of Bozeman whenever funds are available
for that purpose from said Special Improvement District No.
313 F'und;
said bonds shall
draw simple interest at the rate of six (6)
per cent per annum,
which interest shall be
char~eable as a part of the cost of said construction and shall run from the date of the
registration of said bonds until they are paid.

Special Assessment

a snecial assessment shall be levied aga1nst all of the lands within said Special Im-
proveT:1ent District No.
313,
as hereinbefore defined,
each lineal foot of frontage thereof
to be assessed and taxed for its proportionate share of such entire cost,
exclusive of
streets,
a venue s,
alleys and public places.

Assessments
in Installments
That such assessments and taxes shall he payable in seven (7)
inst?llments extend-

ing over a period of six (6)
years,
with six (6)
per cent annual interest on deferred
pa;rmen t s,
commencing w:t th the year 1937,
but this provisi.on sball not be construed to
prevent full payment at any time.
