NOr:nCE IS HEREBY GI'iEN, that at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman, held on Friday, the 22nd day of October, 1937, Commission Heso1ution No. 391 was duly passed andadopted; thGt said Com,'nission Resolution No. 391 levies and assesses a special assessment of taxes upon all the property in Special Improvement District No. ~no in said City, to defray the cost and expense of constructing and mali:ing the improve- ments within said District; Resolution No. 391 at) !) Tha t , said Commission hesolutlon No. 391, is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission subject to inspection for a period of five (5) days by any persons in- tel'ested.
