and
WHEHEAS:
Said petition is in due form;
and,
WEEREAS:
At a regular meeting of the City Commission of '!'he
City of Dozeman held
on the 2nd day of September,
1938, said petition was conaidered
by said Commission and
it vias decided to grant the pra~Ter thereof, and the City Attorney was instructed to
preparq an appropriate resolu~ion declaring it to be the intention of said City to
grant the prayer of said petition, under the procedure provided by law in that behalf;
now therefore

Section 1
That it is hereby declared to be the intention of ~he City of Bozemanto vacate
all of the alley in Blocl{ flG" of Rouse's Addition to the City of Dozeman,

portion of said alley vacated by vrdinance No. 564 of The City of Bozeman,
towit:

and extending

the 23rd day of September,
1938,
at 7:30 o'clock P. M.,
at the regular meet:tng
place of said (;i ty Cor-mission in the City Hall of 'lllte C1 ty of Bozeman,
is the time and
the place when and wrere objections will be heard to the granting of said petit-Jon and
the passage of an ordinance, pursuant to this resolution of intention;
and the City
Manager is hereby directed to cause notice of this resolution of intention to be
served upon all persons whose property abuts upon the alley in Block flGfI of Rouse's
Addi tion to '1'he C1 ty of Bozeman,
except that portion of
said alley vacated by Ordinanace
No. 563 of The City of Bozeman, proposed to be vacated,
and to give notice thereof in
the manner and form as prescribed by Section 5494, rt.

vacated pursuant to the aforesaid Resolution of Intnction, may appear and show cause,
if any they have,
against said proposed vacation.
Objections must be maQe in writing.
