Section 1.
Th~lt TiI. E. Henderson, City Manager,
be and he is hereby authorized to
execute and file an application on behalf of 'l'he City of Bozeman to the United States
of
America for a grant to aid in financing the construction of concrete curbs, necessary
storm sewer or dra~, nage s trFctures, androck and asphalt pavement on those parts of
Garftld Street, Arthur Street and Fifth Avenue as particularly described in Special
Improvement Districts Nos. 324 and 325 in The City of Bozeman, Mor:tana.
Section 2.
That M. E. Henderson, City Manager is hereby
authorized and directed
to furnish such information as the United States of America through the Federal Emergency
Administration of Public Works may reasonably request ,in connection with the application
which is herein authorized to be filed.
Passed and adopted by tIle Commission of The City of BozeTImn at a regular session
thereof held on the 2nd day of September,
1938.
