Declaration of Intention
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the COl11mlssion of 'l'he Ci ty of Bozeman,
Montana,
to create a special improvement district to be known

Fronta~e and Approxima~e Cost
T'he total number of lineal feet of property included wi thin said proposed Special
Improvement 'uistrict No. 326 (exclusive of streets,
avenues,
alleys and public places)
and fronting on said proposed sanitary sewer is nine hundred (900)
feet
and an approxi-
mate of the cost of said construction to be specially assessed against the land therein
I
per lineal foot of frontage is $2.012 per front foot.
VII
Payment in Bonds
That the entire cost and expense of constructing said sanitary sewer shall be paid
by special improvement district coupon bonds as author:tzed by law,

be in thedenomination of $100.00 each,
and in fractions where necessary,
to be issued
and chargeable against a fund to be l<::nown as Special Improvement District No. 326 Fund,
said bonds to be redeemable at the option of The City of Bozeman whenever funds are
available for that purpose from said Special Iniprovement District No. 326 Fund;
said
bOI'.ds shall draw simple interest at a rate not to exceed six (6)
per
cent per annllln,
which interest shall be chargeable as a part of' the cost of said construction and shall
run from the date of the registration of said bonds until they arepaid.
VIII
Special Assessment
To pay said bonds and the interest thereon,
representing the cost" of sald construc-
tion,
a special assessment shall be levied against all of the lands within said Special
Improvement District No.
326,
as hereinbefore defined,
each lineal foot of frontage there-

of to be assessed and taxed for its proportionate share of such entire cost,
exclusive
of streets,
avenues,
alleys and public places.
IX
Assessments in Installments
That such assessments and taxes shall be payable in ten (10)
installments extend-
ing over a period of nine (9)
years,
with six
(6)
per cent annual interest on deferred
payments,
commencing with the year 1938,
but
this provision shall not be construed to
prevent full payment at any time.

undersigned Clerk of said COmmission in the City Hall of said City of Bozeman,

Montana,
and open for inspection to all Interested parties and to the public generally.
