Section 1.
That pursuant to the direction and by authority
of the provisions of

R. C. Montana 1935,
and upon estimates
of such cost made by said City
Commission as authorized and directed by said Sectlon 52 66 R. C. Montana,
1935,
to de-
ffray the cost of mainta:!..ning and liGhting systems ay;d for electrical current in the
several Special Improvement Lighting Districts of 'rhe City of Bozeman hereinafter
specified,
there is hereby levied and assessed aga:lnst property and the several lots,
pieces and parcels hhereof,
within the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting
Districts Numbers 100,
284,
2138,
289,
290,
295 and 300 of The City of Bozeman respec-
tively,
as hereto fore created andestablished,
the total
amounts as to each entire dis-
trict and the several amounts as to each lot,

after the publication of such notice and at any time duringsuch office hours and at or
prior to the regular meeting of the City Commission to be held on AU&lst 26th, 1938 as
· stated in Section 3 hereof; that said notice shall be so published once, and such pub-
lication shall be made not less than five days before August 26th, 1938, at time set for
hearing and considering objectionsto the final adoption of this Resolution, as aforesaid.
I Provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman at a
regular meeting of said Commission on the 19th day of August, 1938.

SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICTS NUMBEHS 100, 284, 288, 289, 290, 295,
NAD 300 OF TJill CITY OF BOZE1::AN, MONTANA FOR THE YEAR 1938.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That at a regular meeting of tl-ie Conilllission ::f The City of
Bozeman, ~ontana, held on the 19th day ofAu~lst, 1938, Commission Resolution No. 418 was
provisionally passed and adopted. Said Resolution levies and assesses a special assess-
ment upon all the property in Special Improvement Lighting Districts Numbers 100 (Main
Street); 284 (Cleveland Street); 283, (Tracy Ave.S.); 289, (N. Bozeman Ave.); 290 (So.
Black Ave.); 295, (So. Wll1son Ave.); and 300, (N. Willson Ave.), to defray estimated
cost of maintenance and electrical current for each of said districts, pursuant to the
provisions of Section 5286, E. C. Mont. 1935. The portion of such cost assessed is 75%
as to all of said districts except District No. 100 (Main Street) and as to such district
the protion of the cost assessed is 50%.
Notice is further 131 ven that 1~~d Connnl::;slon Resolution No. 418 is now on file in
the office of the Clerk of the said City Connnission, City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, and
su-:~.ject to inspection during the regular office hours of said Clerk at any time prior to
and at the regular meeting of the said City Commission to be held on Friday, August 26th,
I 1938, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., at the Commission Chamber in the City Hall Building, Boze-
man, Mont811a, which isthe time and place designated in said Resolution No. 418 when and
where the said Connnission will consider and pass upon any and all objections to the
final passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution No. 418. Reference is made to
Council Resolution No. 6A7, and Commission Resolutions Nos. 214, 284, 285, 286, 305,
and3l6, creating the Special Improvement Lighting Districts above enumerated, which
