A HESOLUrrION OF TEE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEt1AN, MONTANl\, AUT'HOR-
IZING THE CI'l'Y MANAGER '1'0 AMEND AN APPLICATION TO THE UNITED STA'.rES OF AMER-
ICA THROUGH 'rIIE FEDERAL EMERGENCY ADJ.IINISTRATION OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR A LOAN
AND GRANT TO AID IN FINANCING tfIIE CONS'l'RUCTION OF A NEW RESERVOIR ON THE SOUTH
SIDE SYSrrEM OF THE BOZEI'iiAN CITY WATER \'VORES, WHICH APPLICA'rION WAS AU'rI-IOHIZED
BY COMMISSION HESOLUTION NO. 413, SUCH Al.iENDHENT 'l'0 CHANGE SAID APPLICA'I'ION
FOR LOAN AND GRANT TO AN APPLICA'rION FOR GHANT OlTLY.
WHEREAS: Resolution No. 413 of ~le Co~nission of The City of Bozeman, Montana, I
was passed and adopted on the 12th day of futgust, 1938, and
WHEREAS; Said Resolution No. 413 of the Connnisslon of The City of Bozeman author-
ized M. E. Henderson, City Manager, to execute and file an application on behalf of the
City of Bozeman to the United States of America for a loan and grant to aid in finan-
cing the construction of a new reservoir on the sout:-, side system of the Bozeman Oi ty
Water Works, and
WHEREAS: It is now deemed to be for the best interests of the City of Bozeman to
mnend said application for a loand and grant to make such application an application
for grant only; NOW THEREFORE,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF 'rIlE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Tha t M. E. Henderson, C1 ty Manager of t11he City of Bozeman, Montana, be and he is
hereby authorized to amend an application executed and filed on behalf of The City of
Bozeman to the United States of America for a loan and grant to aId in financing the
construction of a new reservoir on the south side system of theBozeman City Water Works,
conforming to Resolution No. 413 of the City Commission of The City of Bozeman, to
mal{e such application an application for grant only. I
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 16th day of Septenll)er, 193f3.
