WHEREAS,
the City Council and the Commission of The City of Bozeman have heretofoDe
I duly and regularly passed Council and Commission Resolutions creating Street Sprinkling
Distric ts wi thin 'T'he Ci ty of Bozeman and defining the boundarie s theri?;of and providing for
the assessment of the cost of sprinkling t1'le same H.S set forth
in Resolutions here inaft(:r
referred to; and

the s tree ts wi th:In the boundaries of said Street Sprinlding Districts have been
sprinkled durlng tt:e year 1941 as contempla tecl in said Reso 1" tlons,
in accordance with terms
and conditions thereof;
and
