WHEREAS, the City Council and the Commission of The City of Bozeman have heretofoDe I duly and regularly passed Council and Commission Resolutions creating Street Sprinkling Distric ts wi thin 'T'he Ci ty of Bozeman and defining the boundarie s theri?;of and providing for the assessment of the cost of sprinkling t1'le same H.S set forth in Resolutions here inaft(:r referred to; and W}1:E~REAS , the s tree ts wi th:In the boundaries of said Street Sprinlding Districts have been sprinkled durlng tt:e year 1941 as contempla tecl in said Reso 1" tlons, in accordance with terms and conditions thereof; and VIEE REAS , the Street Sprinkling l.)istricts and the Resah, tionscreating the same, the to tal frontage of the propsrty within said district to be assessei, the total cost of said sprink- ling wi thin ssid c.li~ tric ts and the proportion thereof chargeable to the prope rty tJJere in is hereinaftsr set forth. That for the year 1941, The City of Bozeman ~as waived the sprinkling assess- I m0nts on the following districts; 131, 132, 133, 134,135, 136, 137, 138, 139, 140, 1.11, 142, 143, 114, 160, lCl, 163, 164, 192, 193, 194, 195, 196, 197, 198, 199, 204, 216, 217, .21f3 , 21(), 220, ;~34, and 256; that for the year 1941, ~he (;i ty of 232, 0'1(,7. 235, 236, 237, 238, ~t.....I,."", , Bozeman h8s defra:-,red the cost (:$812.85) of s})rinkling streets in the several street sprink- ling 0i:,;tricts pllrsnant to Resolutions croating the saine, and that seventy-five per cent of t~e entir~ cost thereof (;$609.64) exclusive of the cor:,t of sprindlng parks and public places the total number of linear feet of property to be assessed, and the ra. te per linear foot, is as follows, to-wit: Sprinkling District No. 1, cre8ted by Council Resolution No. 424~. , Main Street from Yiallace Avenue to r~ourth Avenue, a to ts.l frontage of ~-)363.4 feet, the sum of $609.64, being 75'/0 of the entire amount, or at an approximste rate par front foot of $0.065109. Sprinkling District No. 130, created by Council Resolution No. 765, Main Street West from Fourth Avenue to Eigh th Avenue, a total frontage of 2612.5 feet. No Assessment. Sprinkling District No. 162, cre8-ted by Council Resolution No. 858, Babcock Street from Bozeman Avenue to Fif tb l\venue, and .t"ifth Avenue from Babcock Street to Ma ~ n Street, a total frontage of 4690.5 feet.
