That all special assesslT'ents and installments of special assessments, due and payable November 30th, 1941, and 'Lmpaid as of tha t da te, as set forth in Schednle "A" here to a tt8ched and made a part hereof, be anc} the same are hereby, cec1ared delinquent; Section 2. That the Director of Finance be, and he is hereby direc ted to certify all special assessments and installments of special assessments, dellnnuent, as herein ~Tovided and as srJO'I,'m by said Schedule II A" , to the County Clerk and Recorder and County Treasnrer of tbe County of Gallatin for collection as other deliJrquent taxes, as provided by la w ; Sec tiOD 3. 'r'ha t wi thin ten (10) days from and aftertLe filing of said certificate, as aforesaid, the Director of Finance shall purlish in one i8S1Je of the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a Notice as provided by Section 13 of said Ordinance No. 594; I Section 4. 'l'ha t the County 'I'reasurer shall proceed to tbe collection of all special assessments or installments of spec1al assessments, as set fortL in said Schedule A; that the same shall be spread upon the delinquent tax list of the County of Galla tin far tt.e year 1941, and tho same sball be collected as other delinquent taxes; and that in case tbe same are not paid, then the wf101e property or properties sball be sold tIle sa e as other property or properties is sold for taxes; f)l r,' 1-,_tJ See tioD 5.
