BE IT RESOL\n~D BY TIJI': COT<i1MIS'~ION OF' THE CITY OF BOZEMAN Sec tion 1. That pursuant to the direc tion and by author:! ty of the i,rovis ion s of Section 5266, R. C. M. 1935, and upon estimates of snch co:::t made by said City Commis- I sian as authorized and directpd by said Section 5266 R. C. M. 19;::~5 , to defray the cost of maintaining and lighting systems and for electrical current in the several Special Improvement Lighting ~istricts of The City of Bozeman herein8fter specified, there is hereby levied and assessed aP.'ainst property and the several lots, pieces and parcels thereof, within the boundaries of Special Improvemen t Li,P'htlng Dis tricts Nos. 100, 284, 288, 289, 290, 295, and 300 of The City of Bozeman respectively, as heretofore created and established, the total amounts as to each en tire dis tric t and the several amounts as to each lot, piece or parcel of land wi thin the bound'ries of such dis trict, as set forth in the several schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked separately for identification as Schedule A, for Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100, (Main Street); Schedule B, for S.T.L. D. No. 284, (Cleveland Street); Sched11le C, for S.I.L.D. No. 288, ( Tra c y Ave. so.); Schedule D, for S. I . 1-,. D. No. 289, (No. Bozeman Ave.); Schedule E, for S.I.L.D. No. 290, (So. Black Ave.); Sche u le F, for S.T.L.D.No. 295, (Willson Ave. So.); and Schedule G, for S. I. 1. D . No. 300, (No. Willson Avenue). That the amount so levied and assessed is 75% of such estimated cost for each and all of said Districts except S.I.L.D. No. 100 and as to such District the levy and assessrr.ent I is 50% of such estimated cost. Sec tior1 2. That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel of land with . the name of the owner thereof and the sum assessed and levied aa:ain~'t such propert7 and owner, ore i th e r , Is set forth in the schedule for each district as specified and identi- fied in Section 1, of this Resolution, and made a part of this Resolu tion as aforesaid. Sec tiOD 3. Th8t the regular mpct:lnQ' of the Commission of 'l'heCit:v of Bozem'm to be held on the 22nd day of .Tunc, 1945 , at 7:710 Q'clock P.M. at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building', in The City of Bozeman, be, and the Same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of thls Resolution will be heard and considered by said City Commission. Section 4. Tha t the Clerk of the Commis s1 on be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to pnb1ish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of p:enRral circulation printed and published in saidCity of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state th9t tLis Resolution, levying and asses8in~ the several amounts as set forth in the Sched1Jles attached hereto and made a part hp,reof as aforesaid, and for the purposes I herein stated, has been provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk and subject to inspection during reg- ular office h01JrS, for a period of five days from and after the publica tioe of such notice and a t any time during such office hours and a t or prior to the regular mee tlng of the C1 ty Commission to be held o~ the 22nd day of June, 1945, as stqted in Section 3 hereof; thnt said notice shall be so published once, and such publication shall be made not les2 than five days before the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption - ---------..-- ~ .-------.- ~J')~~ tf"':~ of this Resolution, as aforesaid. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, The tat a regular me e ting of the Cornmi ssion of r1'he Ci ty of Bozeman, Montana, held on t.he 15 th d~3'7 of ,Tune, 1945, Commission Resolution No. 555, was provisionally passed and adopted.
