A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA DECLAR- w...'~::.}d_-.--...."-' ING IT TO BE THE INTENTION OF SAID COMMISSION TO VACATE THE ALLEY IN BLOCK TWO (2) VIOLET ADDITION TO BOZEMAN, PURSUANT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 5494 OF THE REVISED CODES OF MONTANA, 1935, AND DIRECTING NOTICE TO BE GIVEN OF SUCH INTENTION. W}ffiREAS Floyd Sumner and Belinda Sumner, claiming to be the owners of all of Block Two (2) of Violet Addition to Bozeman, have filed with the City Commission their peti- I tion for the vacation of the alley in said Block 2, and the City Commission having duly considered said petition in regular and public meeting assembled; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1 Declaration of Intention It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Commission of The City of Boze- man to vacate the alley in Block two (2) of Violet Addition to Bozeman according to the official plat of said Violet Addition on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, Montana, upon the petition of Floyd Sumner and Be- linda Sumner as owners of all of said Block 2, subject to objection of owners of property affected by such proposed vacation, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5494 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1935. Section 2 Time for Objection That the regular meeting of the City Commission of The City of Bozeman to be held on Friday the 7th day of September, 1945, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock P.M. of said day, at the Commission Room in the City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, is the time when I and the place where the City Commission will consider and pass upon objections to said proposed vacation and the City Manager is directed to give notice thereof in the mann- er as provided in said Section 5494 Revised Codes of Montana, 1935. Passed and adopted by the City Commission at its regular meeting on the 31st day of August, 1945. NOTICE ------ HEARING, FINAL ADOPTION COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 560 LEVYING SPECIAL ASSESS- ]\~NT TO DEFRAY THE COST OF EXT~RMINATING AND REMOVING NOXIOUS WEEDS ON CERTAIN PROPERTIES IN TFffi CITY OF BQZ"SMAN FOR THE YEAR 1945. NOTICE IS HRREBY GIVEN, That at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman held on the 24th day of August, 1945, Commission Resolution No. 560 was duly passed and adopted; tha t said Commission Resolu tion No. 560 levies and assesses a special I assessment of taxes upon certain properties in The Ci ty of Bozeman for the year 1945 to defray the cost of exterminating and removing noxious weeds for the year 1945. Tha t, said Commission Resolution No. 560 is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission of said City of Bozeman subject to inspection of all persons interes ted for a period of five (5) days, by any pereon interested; that Friday the 31st day of Aup-us t, 1945, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., of said day at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman, City Hall BU:ilding, has been designated as the t:ime and place when and where said Commis"ion will hear and pass upon any and all objections tha t may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution No. 560 and the levying of sqid assessment; tha t , said Resolution will be finally passed and adopted at said r(~gular sess:ion of said Commis sian subject to such corrections and amendments as may be made upon objections made and filed within the five days limit as provided by law.
