a. Proclamation - "National Arts and Humanities Month" - October 1993
b. Deviation from Section 18.20.050 of the zoning ordinance to allow relocated
garage to encroach 4 feet into the required 8-foot side yard setback - Tom and
Mary Keck, 411 North 3rd Avenue; per DRB recommendation (2-93123) (KW)
c. Deviation from Section 18.50.060 of the zoning ordinance to allow a covered
deck to encroach 7 feet into the required 15-foot corner/side yard setback -
Steven and Lona Petri, 303 South Tracy Avenue; per DRB recommendation

d. Authorize City Manager to sign - Annexation Agreement with William
Thompson for Thompson Properties - 4.078-acre parcel known as Lot 1,
Gordon Mandeville State School Section Subdivision (northwest corner of
intersection of North 7th A venue and Mandeville Lane)
e. Commission Resolution No. 2936 - extending the boundaries of said City of
Bozeman to include a tract of land known as Lot 1, Gordon Mandeville State
