NOTICE OF PUBLIC
HEARINGS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN
that, pursuant to the provisions
of Sections 5.07 and 5.08,
Bozeman City Charter, and Ar-
ticle 2.06 of the Bozeman Mu-
nicipal Code, the City Commis-
sion of the City of Bozeman,
Montana will conduct a public
hearing to consider amend-
ments to:
1. The Street Impact Fee Capi-
tal Improvement Program, and
2. The Water Impact Fee Capi-
tal Improvement Program
at 6:00 pm on Monday, April
14, 2014 in the City Hall Com-
mission Room, 121 North
Rouse Avenue, Bozeman,
Montana.
Copies of the proposed
amendment details are on file
in the office of the City Clerk,
City Hall, 121 North Rouse Av-
enue, and will be available on-
line at www.bozeman.ri ap-
proximately one week before
the meeting, and may be ex-
amined by all interested citi-
zens.
Any and all interested persons
are invited to attend the public
hearing and to submit testimo-
ny in support or in opposition to
the proposed amendment, or
may submit written testimony
prior to or during the public
hearing. Written testimony can
be submitted to the City Clerk,
PO BOX 1230, 121 North
Rouse Avenue, Bozeman,
Montana, 59771.
