We, the undersigned, owners of the real, property situated in
the County of Gallatin, State of Montana, and more particularly
described as follows:
A tract of land being approximately twenty (20) acres
located in the East One-Half and Southeast Ong---DuKrter
of Section 9, T2S, R51-, Y.P.Y. , City of Bozeman, Gallatin
County, Montana.
IN CONSIDERATION of receiving approval of an _,ppl,,cat�cr) for
a Conditional Use Permit to construct a 20,000 square foot auto
dealership at the northwest intersection of U.S. Highway 191 and
Cottonwood Road, along with accompanying rights a, d privileges and
for other and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, and in recognition of the traffic im-)acts that
will be generated by the development of theescribel
oroperty, have waived and do hereby for ourselves, our heirs,
personal representatives, successors and assigns, waive the right
to protest the creation of one or more pecial improvement
districts or ru(Lil improvements districts for curb, g,,ittpr,
sidew,-.1k, and street improvements equal to one-half of a local
street, for any future extension of Cotton+,=d Road north of the
subject property, or to make any written protest against the
proposed work or against the extent or creation of the district to
be assessed in response to a duly passed resolution of intention
to create one or more special districts which would
include the abova-described property.
