CAL CURRENT COSTS FOR SPECIAL IMPROVE1ffiNT LIGHTING DISTRICTS NUMBERS 100, 284, 288, 289, 290, 295 and 300 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, PURSUANT '1'0 THE PROVISIONS OF SECTION 5266 R.C .M. 1935. I BE IT RESOLVED BY TEE CmJflVISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1. That ~lrsuant to the direction and by authority of the provisions of Section 5266, R.C.M. 1935, and upon estima tes of such cost made by said City Commis'" sion as authorized and directed by said Section 5266 R.C.M. 1935, to defray the cost of maintaining and lighting systems and for electrical current in the several Special Improvement Lighting Districts of The City of Bozeman hereinafter specified, there is hereby levied and assessed against property and the several lots, pieces and parcels thereof, within the boundaries of Special Improvement Lighting Districts Nos. lUO, 284, 288, 289, 29U, 295, and 3UO of The City of Bozeman respectively, as heretofore created and established, the total amounts as to each entire district and the several amounts as to each lot, piece or parcel of land within the boundaries of such district, as set forth in the several schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof and marked separ- ately for identification as Schedule A, for Special Improvement Lighting District No. 100, (Main Street); Schedule B, for S.I.L.D. No. 284, (Cleveland Street); Schedule C, for S.I.L.D. No. 288, (Tracy Ave. So.) ; Schedule D, for S.I.L.D. No. 289, (No. Bozeman Ave.); Schedule E, for S.I.L.D. No. 290, (So. Black Ave.); Schedule F, for S.I.L.D. No. I 295, (Willson Ave. So.); and ~chedule G, for S.I.L.D. No. 300, (No. Willson Avenue). That the amount so levied and assessed is 75% of such estimated cost for each and all of said Districts except S.I.L.D. No. 100 and as to such District the levy and assessment is 50% of such estimated cost. Sec tion 2. That a particular description of each lot, piece or parcel of land with the name of the owner thereof and the sum assessed and levied against such proper- ty and owner, or either, is set forth in the schedule for each dis trict as specified and identified in Section 1, of this hesolution, and made a part of this Resolution as aforesaid. Section 3. That the regular meeting of the Commission of The City of Bozeman to be held on the 19th day of July, 1946, at 7:30 o'clock P.M. at the Commission Chamber, City Hall Building, in The City of Bozeman, be, and the same is hereby designated as the time and place at which objections to the final adoption of this Resolution will be heard and considered by said City Commission. Section 4. Tha t the Clerk of the Commission be, and he is hereby ordered and directed to publish in the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a daily newspaper of general circu- I lation printed and published in said City of Bozeman, a notice signed by said Clerk as such, which notice shall state that this Resolution, levying and assessing the several amounts as set forth in the ~chedules attached hereto and made a part hereof as afore- said, and for the purposes herein stated, has been provisionally passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman and is on file in the office of said Clerk and subject to inspection during reeuIar office hours, for a period of five days from and after the publica tion of such notice and a t any time during such office hours and at or prior to the regular meeting of the City Commission to be held on the 19th day of -...- ..-."'.-...-- a~jO July, 1946, as stated in Section 3 hereof; that said notice shall be so published once, and such publication shall be made not less than five days before the time set for hearing and considering objections to the final adoption of this heso1ution, as aforesaid. NOT ICE ------ OF TIME AND PLACE FOR HEARING OBJECTIONS 1'0 THE FIRAL ADOPTION OF COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 577 OF THE COMI'lISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZ- EWtAN, MONTANA, LEVYING ANTI ASSESSING PORTION OF COST OF MAINTENANCE AND ELECTRICAL CURRENT FOR SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT LIGHTING DISTRICTS NOS. 100, 284, 288, 289, 290, 295, and 300 OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FOR THE YEAR 1946. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, That at a regular meeting of the Commission of The City I of Bozeman, Montana, held on the 12th day of July, 1946, Commission Resolution No. 577, was provisionally passed and adopted. Said Resolution levies and assesses a special assessment upon all the property in Special Improvement Lighting Districts Nos. 100, (Main Street); 284, (Cleveland Street); 288, (Tracy Ave. So.); 289, (No. Bozeman, Ave.); 290, ( So. Black Ave.); 295, (So. Willson); and 300 ( No. Willson Ave.), to defray estimated cost of maintenance and electrical current for each of said districts, pursuant to the provisions of Section 5266, RCM 1935. The portion of such cost assessed is 75% as to all of said districts except District No. 100 (Main Street) and as to such distriot the portion of the cost assessed is 50%. NOTICE IS FUR'I'HER GIVEN The t said Commis sion Resolu tion No. 577 is now on file in the office of the Clerk of the Commission, City Hall, Bozeman, Montana, and sub- ject to inspection of all persons interested for a period of five (5) days; that Friday the 19th day of July, 1946, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., of said day at a regular session of the Commission of The City of Bozeman, Commission Room, City Hall Build~ lng has been designated as the time and place when and where said Commission will I hear and pass upon any and all objections that may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Commission Resolution No. 577. Reference is made to Council Resolu- tion No. 647, and Commission Resolutions Nos. 214, 284, 285, 286, 305, and 316, creat- ing the Special Improvement Lighting Districts above enumerated, which resolutions are on file in the offioe of sald Clerk, subject to public inspection during regular office hours.
