Union Pacific Condos Preliminary Site Plan Z14163 (Rogers /Johnson)   Lot 1 & 2, Diamond Estates Subdivision No. 2, Phase II  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow the construction of eight residential condominium multi-household buildings, with two or three dwelling units (total of 22) with associated parking and related site improvements.    2. Col lege and 23rd Apartments Preliminary Site Plan Z14125 (deBethizy Davis /Johnson)   2205West College Street  A Preliminary Site Plan Application to allow the construction of a three story, 9-plex and 8 garages units with associated parking and related site improvements.    3. Valley Meadows Major Subdivision Pre-application P14033 (Rogers/Johnson)   Durston Road and Meriwether Avenue  A Pre-Application Plan review for a major subdivision to subdivide 8.653 acres into 74 single-household townhouse lots with requests to waive supplementary information and requests for alternative design compliance for block width and length standards.
