DECLARING IT TO BE THE INTENTION OF SAID COMM,ISSION '1'0 VACATE

McAWW STREET, NORTHERN PACIFIC AiJDITION TO BOZLMAN, If10 NTAN A.
WHEREAS, R. A.Williams, claiming to be the owner of Blocks 13, 14,
15, 18, 19, end
I 20 of Northern Pacific Addition to Bozeman, Montana, has filed with the City Commission
his petition in due form praying for the vacation of the alley in Block 14 from Ayls-
worth Street to McAdow Street, in said Northern Pacitic Addition, e..nd the City 'Commis-
sion having duly considered said petition end after such consideration have determined
that the prayer thereof may be granted without detriment to the public interest; now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMlillSSlON 0 F THE CITY 0 F BOZE1vlAN:
Section 1. DECLARATION OF INTENTION. It is hereby declared to be the intention
of the Commission of The City of Bozeman to vacate the Ea.st and West alley in Block
14, from Aylsworth street to McAdow Street, in Northern Pacific Addition to Bozeman,
Mon tana, according to the official plat of said Northern Pacific Addition of record
and on file in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder of Gallatin County, M.ontana,
in which State and County sald Northern Pacific Addition is situate, in accordance with
the petition of R. A. Williams as the owner of all of said Block 14, aubject to objec-
tion of owners of property which may be affected by such proposed vacation, in accord-
I ance with the provisions of Section 5494 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1935.
Section 2. TIME FOR 0 BJECTION. That the regular meeting of the Commission of The
~ity of Bozeman to be held on Wednesday, the 11th day of September, 1946, at the hour
of one 0' clock P.M. of said day at the Commission Room in the City Hall Building, Boze-
man, Montana, is the time when and the place where the City Commission will consider
and pass upon objections, if any, to said proposed vacation, and the City Manager is
direc ted to give notice thereof in the manner and for the time as provided in s aid Sec-
tion 5494 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1935.
Passed and adopted by the City Commission of The City of Bozeman, Montana, at its
regular meeting held on the 4th day of September, 1946.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN: That the Commission of The City of Bozeman has adopt-
ed a resolution declaring it to be the intention of said Commission to vacate the
East and West alley, between Aylsworth Street and McAdow Street, in Block 14 of the
Northern Pacific Addition to Bozeman, Montana, pursuant to the petition of R. A.
Williams claiming to be the owner of said Block 14, and the City Commission being of I
the opinion, after due consideration of s8id petition, that it may be granted with-
out detriment to the public int eres t.
And notice is further hereby given that any and all objections to the passage
and adoption of an Ordinance of The ~ity of Bozeman effecting such vacation of said
alley will be heard and considered by said City Commission at its regular meeting to
be held on Wednesday, the 11 th day of September, 1946, at the hour of one o'clock
P.M. of said day at the Commission Hoom, City Hall BUilding, Bozeman, rv:ontana.
