1. Parks, Recreation, Open Space and Trails (PROST) Plan Public Hearing
(Sanford)
*Consider a motion adopting the October 1, 2007 draft of the PROST Plan, with the
revisions listed in the staff memo dated October 16, 2007, based on a recommendation of
approval from the Bozeman Recreation and Parks Advisory Board.
2. Sundance Business Park II Zone Map Amendment #Z-07208 (Knight)
*Consider a motion approving the Sundance Business Park II Zone Map Amendment #Z-
07208, with the contingencies listed on page 2 of Zoning Commission Resolution #Z-
07208.
3. Resolution No. 4079, Establishing Fees for Beer, Wine, and Liquor
Licenses (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion adopting Resolution No. 4079, Establishing Fees for Beer, Wine, and
Liquor Licenses for the next two years.
4. Tax Abatement for Historic Preservation (Kramer)
*Consider providing direction and recommendation to Planning staff and the Bozeman
Historic Preservation Advisory Board about Tax Abatement for Historic Preservation.
AND
*Consider scheduling this item for a future Policy Meeting.
5. Streamline Bus Shelters (Epple)
*Consider a motion directing staff to initiate a text amendment to allow off-premise
advertising on bus shelters.
AND
*Consider a motion allowing Special Temporary Use Permits for more “prototype”
shelters to be placed around town while an ordinance is being enacted or further
considered.
AND
*Consider a motion encouraging the City to have one unified design standard for
Streamline bus shelters, or accepting multiple styles.

*Consider a motion appointing a Bus Shelter Task Force.
6. Appointment to the Community Affordable Housing Advisory Board
(CAHAB) (Delaney)
*Consider a motion appointing up to one member to the Community Affordable Housing
Advisory Board (CAHAB).
