COMMISSION RESOLUTION NUMBER 619
A RESOLUTION OF Tfffi COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA FOR THE TRANSFER
OF FUNDS FROM THE REFUNDING CITY BOND FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND OF SAID CITY; AND
ALSO PROVIDING THAT ANY ASSETS OR FUNDS ACQUIRED BY SAID REFUNDING CITY BOND FUND
AFTER THE PASSAGE AND ADOPTION OF THIS RESOLUTION SHALL BE TRANSFERRED TO THE
GENERAL FUND AND BECOME A PART OF THE GENERAL ~~ND OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN.
PREAMBLE
I
WHEREAS, The City of Bozeman has paid in full all the outstanding debt of the Warrant
Refunding Bonds of The City of Bozeman
and all bonds have now been retired, and
WHEREAS,
the cash balance in the Refunding City Bond Fund is $3,379.33 as of
January 31s t, 1948, and there are no further bonds
or interest to be paid from said
Refunding City Bond Fund, and
WHEREAS, the City Manager has recommended that
the transfer of funds from the
Refunding City Bond Fund to the General Fund be made.
NOW, Therefore, in consideration of the premises, and pursuant to the authority
granted by Section 5505, R.C.M., 1935.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMW:ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN;
Section 1. That the Director of Finance be,
and he is hereby ordered and author-
ized to transfer from the Refunding City Bond Fund $3,379.33, the cash balance as of
January 31st, 1948 to the General Fund of the City of Bozeman.
Sec tion 2. That if after the payment of said
balance to the General Fund there is
any money or other assets remaining in or acquired by said Refunding City Bond Fund,
this shall be the authority for the Director of Finance of The City of Bozeman to

make such transfer of said assets, and to make appropriate entries in his books of
account as such Director of Finance
as will faithfully and accurately show the trans-
actions herein and hereby authorized
and provided for.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of The City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 4th day of February,
1948.

certify that the foregoing Resolution No. 619 was published by title and number in
the Bozeman Daily Chronicle, a newspaper of general circulation printed and pub-
lished in said City, in the issue of
February 6th, 1948, and that due proof is on
file in my office.
