to and made a piJrt of this resolution for further pErticulars in respect to the boundaries
of said district, the character of the
improvements to be constructed ther~in,

time ted cost of said improvements and the method of assessin€! the cost against the prop-

WHEHEAS,
said improvements as contemplated in said Commission Resolutions Nos.

and 6L+2 have been cons truc ted and completed in accordance with the terms and condi t ions
of Commiss:iJm Resolutions Nos. 639 and 6Lj2,

cms truc ted is the sum of Twe:1ty Thousand Seven Hundred Nineteen Dollars and Forty-seven
Cents, ($20,719.47).

Section 1.
That to defray
the cost and expense of constructing and making the im-

No. 353,
there be, and there
is hersby
levied and assessed a tax amounting to the a'um of Twenty ThousHnd Seven Hundred Nineteen
Dollars and 47/100, ($;20,719.47)
upon all the property in said Special I:nprovellent Dis-
trict No. .353,
that a p~rticular description of each lot and parcel of land with the na:ne
of the owner and the stun assessed

made and the day when the same shall be delinquent is set
forth in detail in the assessment list

west of and parallel to the west line of South Seventh Avenue to a point 150
feet north of the north line of West Olive Street; THENCE west along a line
150 feet north of and parallel to the north line of West Olive Street to the
original east 1 ine of South Eighth Avenue; 'rHENCE south along said original
east line of South Eip)1th Avenue to center line of alley between West Curtiss
street and West Koch Street; THENCE east along said center line of alley be-

sons interested. That Wednesday the 3th day of Februarv, IYSO, at 1:00 o'clock P.M.,
of said day at the regular session of the sald Commissi on of The City of Bozeman, at
the Commission Room, in the Ci t,v Hall Building of said Ci ty, has been designated as the
time and place when and where the said Commission will hear and pass upon any and all
objections that may be made to the final passage and adoption of said Resolution No. 671,
I and the Ie vying of said assessment, and that said ResolutiJn will be finally passed and
adopted at said regular session.
All persons interested are referred to Commission Resolution No. 639, declarinc it
to be the intention of the Commission to create Special Improvement District No. 353,
and Commissbn Resolutio'1. No. 642, creating Qpecial Improvement District No. 3::;3, for
constructing and making the improvements theret.n.
