WHEREAS, John Bareither, claiming to be the owner of all of Lots 1 and 2 of Shonkwiler's Addition to the City of Bozeman, MontAna, has filed with I the City Commission his petition for the vacation of that portion of Sixth Avenue North extending approximately 144 feet north from lJurston Road and being all that portion of Sixth AvenDe North included in Shonkwiler's Addition to the City of Bozeman, and the City Commissi.on havIng duly con- sidered said petition and after such consideration having determined that the pra yer thereof ma y be gran ted wi thou t de trimen t to the public in teres t and should be granted in the public interest; NOW TT1mEFORE, BE IT R~SOL\lED BY THE COMl\JTISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1 Declaration of Intention It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Commission of The City of Bozeman to vacate that portion of Sixth Avenue North extending approximately 144 feet north from Durston Road and being all that portion of Sixth Avenue .North included in Shonkwiler's Addition to tbe City of Bozeman, Montana, upon the petition of John Bareither, as the owner of all of Lots 1 and 2 of Shonkwiler's Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, I sub.1ect to objections of owners of property Elffected by such proposed vacation, in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-3310 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947. Section 2 Time for Ubjection Tha t trie regular mee tinp: of the Commiss ion of The Ci ty of Bozeman to be held on Wednesday', the 28th day of l'i1arch, 1951, a t the hour of one 0' clock p.m. of said day, at the Commission Room in the City Hall Building, Bozeman, Mon tana, is the time when and the place where the City Commission will consider and pass upon ob.1ections to said proposed vaoation' and' the Ci ty Manager is derected to five notice thereof in the manner and for the time as provided in said Section 11-331U of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947.
