SAID VIOLETT ADDITION TO BOZEMAN, MONTANA. I WHEREAS, School District No.7, Gallatin County, Mon tana, claiming to be the owner of all of Block Number 1 and Lots Numbers 1 and 2 and 17 and 18 of Block Number 4, all in the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, has filed with the City Commission its petition for the vacation of Short Street between the West line of North Fifth Avenue and the east line of North Sixth Avenue, and also the alley in Block 1 of the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman, and also that pArt of the alley in Block 4 of the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman situated and lying between Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 17 and 18 in said Block 4, of the said Violett Addition to Bozeman, Montana, and the City Commission having duly considered said petitio'!' and after such consideration having determined that the, prayer thereof may be c:ranted without detriment to the public interest and should be granted in the public interest; NOW TIrRF~FORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN: Section 1 Declaration of Intention It is hereby declared to be the lntentlon of the Commission of The I City of Bozeman to vacate Short Street between the west line of North Fifth Avenue and the Eas't lire of North Sixth Avenue and also the alley in Block 1 of the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman, and also that part of the alley in Block 4 of the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman situated and lying between Lots 1 and 2 and Lots 17 and 18 in said Block 4 of the said Violett Addition to Bozeman, Montana, upon the petition of School District No.7, Gallatin County, Montana, as the owner of all of Block ~lmber 1 and Lots 1 and 2 and 17 and 18 of Block Number 4, all in the Violett Addition to the City of Bozeman, Montana, sub~ect to objection of owners of pro- perty affected by such propsed vacation, in accordance with the provisions of Section 11-3310 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947. Section 2 Time for Ubjection That the regular meetinp of the Commission of The City of Bozeman to be held on Wednesday, the 7th day of February, 1951, at the hour of one o'clock P.M. of sa i d da y, at the Comm!ssion Room in the City Hall Building, Bozeman, I Mon tana, is the time when and the p18ce where the City Commission will con- sider and pass upon objections to said proposed vacation and the City Manager is directed to rrive notice therof in the manner and for the time as pro- vided in said Section 11-3310 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947.
