from Sections 18.50.110, 18.30.050 and 18.30.060, Bozeman Municipal Code, to allow
reduction in the number of parking spaces from the required 146 spaces to 83 spaces,
including 18 compact stalls, plus 4 handicap accessible spaces; to allow encroachments
into the required 25-foot front yard setback to allow for varying facades of building
design; and allow portions of the flat roof to exceed the maximum height of 32 feet by
