Section 6. Area and Method of Asses::;tnent. It is proposed to pay the cost of said improvement by assessing the la"1d within the boundnries of said proposed Distri't on an area basis, each lot, piece and parcel of land within such boundaries to be a3sessed th.ere for in the proportion which its area bears to the area 0 fall the land within such bOlmdE1ries as described in Section 2 of this Resolution on an area basis. The total area of all the land within su.ch boundaries is 56d,d'(1 square feet, and tlle estimeted cost per square foot is ~;O. 0192l. Such bonds will. be in denominations of :11',100.00 each and fractions of $100.00 where necessary to be issued ond c}18rgeable against a fund to be ~nown and designated as Special Impro- ment District No. 306 Fund of The City of Bozeman.
