HomeMy WebLinkAbout09-17-07 Amend the Impact Fee CIP Report compiled on September 17, 2007 Commission Memorandum REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission FROM: Andrew Epple, Planning Director Chris Kukulski, City Manager SUBJECT: Impact Fee CIP Revision to Water, Sewer, Streets MEETING DATE: Monday, September 17, 2007 RECOMMENDATION: Amend the CIPs as described to include the three projects. BACKGROUND: On September 4, 2007 the City Commission considered impact fee credits for work proposed in the area of the intersection of Cottonwood Rd and Huffine Lane. Staff was directed to prepare for Commission consideration a revision of the capital improvement programs for street, water, and sewer impact fees. The revisions include oversizing for 10 and 12 inch diameter water, WIF06, and 12 inch sewer, WWIF12, mains consistent with the facility plans. Also included is a revision to the traffic control signal at the intersection of Cottonwood Road and Huffine Lane, SIF18. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None FISCAL EFFECTS: Funds will be expended consistent with program purposes, fund balances are adequate to support the expenditures. ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
