HomeMy WebLinkAboutSteet impact study Report compiled on September 5, 2007 Commission Memorandum REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission FROM: Andrew Epple, Planning Director Chris Kukulski, City Manager SUBJECT: Street impact fee study update MEETING DATE: Monday, September 10, 2007 RECOMMENDATION: Open and continue the public hearing for the street impact fees until the impact fee advisory committee can consider and make recommendation on the revised report. November 26, 2007 is suggested as a date certain. BACKGROUND: After a competitive selection process the City chose Tindale-Oliver and Associates to perform the street impact fee update. A draft report was provided for review by staff and the impact fee advisory committee. Some revisions were requested to be made. The revised report has not yet been made available to the committee to complete their review and make a recommendation. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None FISCAL EFFECTS: None at this time.
