Subject Mike Nash
Mike Nash has informed me that he is applying for a position on the Bozeman Police Commission I have been
on the commission since the early 1980 s and Ibelieve Ihave known Mike just about as long
Mike Nash was born and raised in Bozeman His father was a long time well known attorney and Mike has
significant local ties and historical perspective Mike is well educated with a law degree as well as a PHD in
Psychology He has worked as a counselor at the Montana State Prison taught college level psychology classes

have found Mike to be level headed and thoughtful in his decisions He has a high level of interest in serving his
community by becoming a police commissioner and is willing to dedicate the time necessary if and when called
upon to fulfill statutory duties I would recommend Mike Nash highly for appointment to the Bozeman Police
