A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF
BOZEMAN FIXING THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND }'RINCIPAL
AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
NUMBER 418
WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Corrnnission of the City of Bozeman, I
State of Montana, held on July 6, 1960, the said City Commission duly passed
Commission rtesolution No. 9?9 creating Special Improvement District No. 418 of
the City of Bozeman for the purpose of constructing and installing a storm drain-
age system between North Tracy Avenue and North Rouse Avenue from East Lamme
Street to East Peach Street and for the purpose of constructing and installing a
pavement project on North Black Avenue from East Mendenhall Street to East Peach
Street, on North Bozeman Avenue from East Mendenhall Street to East Peach Street,
on North Montana Avenue from East Lamme Street to East ~each Street, on East
Lamme Street from North Tracy Avenue to North Rouse Avenue, on East Beall Street
from North Tracy Avenue to North Montana Avenue, on East Villard Street from
North Tracy Avenue to North Bozeman Avenue, on East ~hort street from North Black
Avenue to North Bozeman Avenue, and on East Peach Street from North Black Avenue
to North Rouse Avenue in said CitYi and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was
&;ly created, bids for the construction of said improvements were called for,
contracts for the construction of said improvements were let and special improve-
ment district bonds for the payment of said improvement were soldi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CONf]ll!"ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 418
of the City of Bozeman shall bear the date of November 1, 1960, shall have a mat-
urity date of January 1, 1979, or before, and that the total principal amount of
the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District is $250,000.00.
Of ~his issue $70,OUU.U0 will be issued November 1, i960 and the remainder
($180,000.00) on June 1, 1961.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular
session thereof held on the 26th day of October, 1960.

Bozeman, do hereby certify the foregoing Commission Reso-
lution No. 1005 was published by title and number in the Boze-
man Daily Chroncile, a newspaper of general circulation printed
and published in said City in the issue of the 2nd day of
November, 1960, and due proof of such publication is on file
in my office.
