HomeMy WebLinkAbout6 E- Packet 07-09-2007_Acknowledge the withdrawal of Livingston Garage Ce_6Commission Memorandum Memorandum created on June 26, 2007 REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor & City Commission FROM: Courtney Kramer, Assistant Planner SUBJECT: Livingston Garage and Deck Certificate of Appropriateness with deviations #Z-07137 MEETING DATE: Monday, July 9th 2007 RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge the withdrawal of Livingston Garage Certificate of Appropriateness with Deviations application #Z-07137 BACKGROUND: Property owner Beth Livingston submitted a Certificate of Appropriateness with deviations application to allow the construction of an attached 28’ x 20’ garage to her home at 403 West Villard Street. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: The neighbor at 409 West Villard Street brought to Planning Staff’s attention the existing sewer line servicing his house over which the new garage at 403 West Villard Street is proposed. Planning Staff is waiting for the existing sewer line location to be confirmed. The applicant is aware of the schedule change. FISCAL EFFECTS: The development, if carried forward, will require infrastructure and site improvements to meet City standards that will be the responsibility of the applicant.
