BACKGROUND: The City of Bozeman Solid Waste Collection Division is phasing out several pieces of equipment that are no longer needed or too costly to maintain. A request for bids was advertised and 57 bids were opened on May 16, 2007. FISCAL EFFECTS: The Solid Waste Collection Division will receive $187,015.25 for the sale of this equipment. ALTERNATIVES: As directed by the Commission.
