COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 962
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA, DECLARING IT TO BE THE
INTENTION OF SAID COMMISSION TO VACATE ALL EXISTING ALLEYS IN BLOCKS FIVE AND SIX OF
WERRE REARRANGEMENT OF BLOCKS THREE, FOUR, FIVE, SIX AND THE WEST PORTION OF BLOCKS TWO
.AND SEVEN OF WEST SIDE ADDITION TO BOZEMAN, MONTANA
WHEREAS, certain property owners owning property abutting the existing alleys in Blocks five (6) I
and six (6) of Werre Rearrangement have presented to the City Commission a petition asking the City
Commission to institute the necessary proceedings to vacate the existing alleys in Blocks five (5) and
six (6) of werre Rearrangement of Blocks 3,4,5,6, and West portion of Blocks 2 and 7 of West Side
Addition to Bozeman, Montana; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the same may be vacated without detriment to the public interest and
should be vacated in the public interest;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF' BOZEMAN.
Section 1
Declaration of Intention
It is hereby deolared to be the intention of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to vacate the
following described alleys in the City of Bozeman, Montana.
All existing alleys in Blooks Five (5) and Six (6) of WERRE
REARRANGEMENT Of Blocks 3, 4, 6, 6 and West Portion of Blocks
2 and 7 of West Side Addition to Bozeman, Montana,
subject to objeotion of owners of property affected by such proposed vacation, in aooordance with the pro-
visions of Section 11-3310 of the Revised Codes of Montana, 1947.
Section 2 I
Time for Objection
That the regule,r meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held on Wednesday, the
14th day of Ootober A. D. 1959, at the hour of 1.00 o'clock p.m. of said day, at the Commission Room in
the City Hall Building, Bozeman, Montana, is the time when and the plaoe where the City Commission will
oonsider and pus upon objeotions to said proposed vaoation and the City Manager is directed to give
notice thereof in the manner and for the time as provided in said Section 11-3310 of the Revised Codes of
Montane, 1947.
Passed and adopted by the City Commission at its regular meeting held on the 23rd day of September
