SUBJECT: Norton East Ranch Annexation Public Street and Utility Easements
(Norton Properties, LLC)
MEETING DATE: May 7, 2007, Consent Agenda
BACKGROUND: The original partially executed Public Street and Utility Easements for the
above referenced annexation have been provided to the City Clerk. The
Public Street and Utility Easements are for West Babcock Street, Laurel
Parkway, Cascade Street, and Fallon Street. Engineering staff has
reviewed the easements and found them to be acceptable.
RECOMMENDATION: The City Commission make a motion to authorize City Manager to
sign the Public Street and Utility Easements.
FISCAL EFFECTS: N/A
