BACKGROUND: The application was considered by the City Commission on March 19, 2007. The application was approved with one contingency, to bring back a map and description of the area being amended. The proper map and metes and bound description has been provided and is now incorporated into Resolution 4018. UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None FISCAL EFFECTS: None ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
