COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 935
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY CO~~ISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, ABANDONING CITY OF BOZEMAN SPECIAL
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 6 AND ABANDONING THE MAINTENANCE OF STREET PARKINGS THEREUNDER, PUR-
SUANT TO THE STATUTES IN SUCH CASES MADE AND PROVIDED, AND PURSUANT TO AND IN CONFORMITY WITH
COM!V1ISSION RESOLUTION NO. 934 AS PASSED AND ADOPTED BY SAID CITY COMMISSION ON THE 12TH DAY OF
NOV~MBER A. D. 1958
,WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Bozeman on the 12th day of November A. D. 1958, pass- I
ed and adopted Commission Resolution No. 934 declaring it to be the intention of said Commission to
abandon City of Bozeman Special Improvement District No. 6 and to abandon the maintenance of Street
parkin@s thereunder, which said Resolution of record and on file in the office of the Clerk of said City
Commission and open to the inspection of the public, is hereby referred to for further particulars; and
Yv1iEREAS, due proof has been made that putlication of notice of the adoption of said Resolution
No. 934 was duly made and given as by law provided; and
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed in said Resolution No. 934 for the making and filing of
protests against the abandonment of said Special Improvement District No.6, and the abandonment of
the maintenance of street parkings thereunder, to-wit, at the hour of 1,00 o'clock p.m., on Wednesday,
the 26th day of November A. D. 1958, being a regular meeting time of said Ci~ Cornmission, at the Com-
mission Chamber in the City Hall building of the City of Bozeman, no protests were made or filed against
the abandonment of said Special Improvement District No. 6 or against the abandonment of maintenance of
street parkings thereunder.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF' BOZEMAN.
Sec tion 1
That said Special Improvement District No.6 of the City of Bozeman~ State of Montana, and the
maintena.nce of' street parkings thereunder, be~ and the same is hereby, aba.ndoned.
Section 2
It shall be the duty of the owners of' property abutting said District to mainta.in the same from
and after the date of this Resolution and such a.bandonment shall not relieve said property owners from
the assessment and payment of a sufficient amount to liquidate all charges existing against said District
prior to the date of abandonment.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the Ci~ of Bozeman at a regular session thereof held on
