Re: Downtown BID Board Appointment
Meeting Date: June 16, 2014
RECOMMENDATION: I would like to recommend re-appointing Eric Bowman to the Downtown BID Board. Mr. Bowman owns Owenhouse Ace Hardware and the associated property at 36 East Main Street.
BACKGROUND: As required by Montana Code, the Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) Board shall be comprised of not less than five, nor more than seven, owners of property within
the district.
EFFECTS: The appointment of Mr. Bowman will fill the only vacant seat on this seven person board.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the Mayor or City Commissioners
