Beatty, Benson Meadows LLC, Zach Bethke, Mary Margaret Bertagnolli, Stephen H. Davenport and Nancy H. Davenport, Leland S. Ferguson, Jill Galt and Bill Galt, Jordan R. Goldsmith and Jesse A. Goldsmith, Net Lease Funding 2005, LP and American Pizza Partners, LP, Edith J. Rowe, Steven L. Wenzel and Susan J. Smiley, and Conrad Yerger, Jr. and Lillian M. Yerger West Babcock Street SID Project MEETING DATE: April 2, 2007, Consent Agenda BACKGROUND: The twelve (12) original partially executed Release and Reconveyance of Easements for the above referenced project have been provided to the City Clerk. The release and reconveyances are for temporary construction easements that are no longer necessary because construction of the West Babcock Street improvements is complete. Engineering staff has reviewed the release and reconveyances and found them to be acceptable. RECOMMENDATION: The City Commission make a motion to authorize City Manager to sign the twelve (12) Release and Reconveyance of Easement for the following properties: Donald D. Beatty, Benson Meadows LLC, Zach Bethke, Mary Margaret Bertagnolli, Stephen H. Davenport and Nancy H. Davenport, Leland S. Ferguson, Jill Galt and Bill Galt, Jordan R. Goldsmith and Jesse A. Goldsmith, Net Lease Funding 2005, LP and 215 American Pizza Partners, LP, Edith J. Rowe, Steven L. Wenzel and Susan J. Smiley, and Conrad Yerger, Jr. and Lillian M. Yerger.
