REPORT TO: Honorable Mayor and City Commission

SUBJECT: Oak Meadows Subdivision final park plan
MEETING DATE: Monday, March 5, 2007
RECOMMENDATION: The City Commission approve the final park plan for Oak Meadows
Subdivision.
BACKGROUND: The Bozeman Recreation and Parks Advisory Board has considered this plan
and recommends its approval. The park is being installed as part of the work required with the Oak
Meadows subdivision. This subdivision is now undergoing final plat review and will be to the City
Commission shortly. The approval of the park plan is part of the procedural requirements to
complete the subdivision.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: None
FISCAL EFFECTS: The maintenance and development of the park will be the responsibility of
the home owners association until the City creates a park maintenance district.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
