SUBJECT: Preliminary Plat Approval Extension, Annie IIIC Minor Subdivision
MEETING DATE: Monday, February 20, 2007, at 6:00 pm
CONSENT AGENDA ITEM
RECOMMENDATION: Staff recommends that the preliminary plat approval extension be
granted for one year, or until February 20, 2008.
BACKGROUND: Gaston Engineering and Surveying has requested a one-year extension on the
preliminary plat approval for the above-reference minor subdivision on behalf of Roger and
Rosalind Smith. This minor subdivision received preliminary plat approval on March 6, 2006 and
the Findings of Fact and Order were signed on May 1, 2006. Because it was single phase minor
subdivision the subdivider had one year, or until May 1, 2007, to submit a final plat application.
They are requesting a one-year extension on their preliminary plat approval.
UNRESOLVED ISSUES: There are no unresolved issues at this time.
FISCAL EFFECTS: There should be no fiscal impacts from this request.
ALTERNATIVES: As suggested by the City Commission.
