COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 901
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE" MATURITY DATE" AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 395.
I WHEREAS, at a regular sessjon of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of
Montana, held on August 7, 1957, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resol-
ution No. 856 creating Special Improvement District No. 395 of the City of Bozeman for
the purpose of constrlJcting and installing a pavement project on West Grant Street from
South Willson Avenue to South Sixth Avenue in said City; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
created, bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for
the construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds
for the payment of said improvement were sold;
NOW" THEREFORE" BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
That the bonds to be issued under Special Improvement District No. 395 of the City
of Bozeman shall bear the date of May 1, 1958, shall have a maturity date of January 1,
1977, or before, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under said
Special Improvement District is $34,,000.00.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 7th day of May 1958.
