A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZE1ffiN FIXING THE
DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCPAL AMOUNT OP BONDS ISSUED IN S.t'ECIAL .
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 393.

WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of I
Montana, held on June 26, 1957, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Re-
solution No. 846 created Special Improvement District No. 393 of the City of Bozeman
for the purpose of constructing and installing a pavement project on West Koch street
from South Ei~hth Avenue to South Fifteenth Avenue on West Story Street and West Dick-
erson Street rom South Eighth Avenue to South Fourteenth Avenue, on West Alderson
Street from South Ninth Avenue to South Pourteenth Avenue, on South Nineth Avenue from
West Koch Street to West Dickerson Street, and on South Tenth, Eleventh, Twelfth, Thir-
teenth and Fourteenth Avenues from West Koch Street to West College Street in said CitYi
and
WHEREAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
created, bids for the construction of said improvement were cailed for, contracts for
tbe construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for
the payment of said improvement were soldi
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMM :
That the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 393 of the
City of Bozeman shall bear the date of May 1, 1958, shall have a maturity of January 1,
1977, or before, and that the total principal amount of the bonds to be issued under
said Special Improvement District is $293,000.00.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 7th day of May 1958.
