COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 899
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN FIXING
THE DATE, MATURITY DATE, AND PRINCIPAL AMOUNT OF BONDS ISSUED IN
SPECIAL IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NUMBER 389.
I WHEREAS, at a regular session of the Commission of the City of Bozeman, State of
Montana, held on May 22, 195'1, the said City Commission duly passed Commission Resolu.
tion No. 841 creating Special Improvement District No. 389 of the City of Bozeman for
the purpose of constructing and installing a pavement project on South Grand Avenue from
Garfield Street to its point of intersection with South Third Avenue in said City; and
WHEP.EAS, pursuant to said Resolution said Special Improvement District was duly
created, bids for the construction of said improvement were called for, contracts for
the construction of said improvement were let and special improvement district bonds for
the payment of said improvement were sold;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Tha t the bonds to be issued under said Special Improvement District No. 389 of the
City of Bozeman sha~l bear the date of May 1, 1958, shall have a maturity date of January
1, 19'77, or before, and tha t the total principal -amount of' the bonds to be issued under
said Special Improvement District is $42,UOO.OO.
Passed and adopted by the Commission of' the City of Bozeman at a regular session
thereof held on the 7th day of May 1958. .~J~~
