opportunity in conjunction with each agenda item for comments pertaining to that

1. Commission Response to Special Presentation by Citizens Concerned
about Climate Change Effects (Fontenot)
a. Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement
*Direct staff to review the Mayors’ Climate Protection Agreement and return to the
Commission with suggestions for adoption.
b. Draft Bozeman Environmental Action Plan
*Direct staff to review the Draft Bozeman Environmental Action Plan and return to the
Commission with suggestions for adoption.
2. Commissioner Becker’s vote on Commissioner Kirchhoff’s motion to
approve the Lincoln Park Condos Site Plan, #Z-06193, from November
20, 2006 (Fontenot)
*Commissioner Becker to vote on Commissioner Kirchhoff’s November 20, 2006 motion
to approve the Lincoln Park Condos Site Plan, #Z-06193, as conditioned by staff.
3. Landfill Convenience Center Conditional Use Permit, #Z-06245,
continued from November 20, 2006 (Knight)
*Consider a motion to approve application No. Z-06245, Landfill Convenience Center
Conditional Use Permit, with the conditions of approval outlined in the staff report.
4. Willson/College Traffic Signal Installation (Arkell)
*Consider confirming the decision to install a traffic signal at the intersection of College
and Willson, through the use of Federal Hazard Safety Elimination funding.
5. Churn Creek Annexation Extension Request (Epple)
*Consider the three options described in the staff report; 1) grant the six month extension
as requested, to keep the prospects of annexation and development of Churn Creek in the
City alive; 2) deny the request for extension of Preliminary Annexation Approval, which
will effectively kill the Churn Creek annexation proposal for the foreseeable future; or 3)
consider elimination of the term of annexation requiring completion of a Sub Area Plan;
and provide applicant with direction regarding desired contents of sub area plan if
option 1 is preferred.
