COMMISSION RESOLUTION NO. 869
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMISSION OF' THE CITY OF BOZEMAN, MONTANA DECLARING
IT TO BE THE I'NTENTION OF SAID COMMISSION TO VACATE A PORTION OF McADOW
AVENUE IN SAID CITY OF BOZEMAN
WIIEREAS, certain property owners owning 9roperty abutting on McAdow Avenue
extending from East Main Street to East Babcock Street in Northern Pacific I
Addition to the City of Bozeman have prAsented to the City Commission a petition
asking the City Commission to institute the necessary proceedings to vacate a
portion of McAdow Avenue in said City of Bozeman; and
WHEREAS, it appears that the sa~e may be vRcated without detriment to the
public interest and should be vacated :i.n the public tnterest.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF BOZEMAN:
Section 1
Declaration of Intention
It is hereby declared to be the intention of the Commis8ion of the City of
Bozeman to vacate the following described portion of McAdow Avenue in the seid
City of Bozeman:
That portton of McAdow Avenue extending from East Main Street
to East Babcock Street in Northern Pacific Addition to the City
of Bozeman
subject to objection of owners of property affected by such proposed vacation in
accordance with the provisions of Section 11-))10 of the Revised Codes of Montana,
19117.
Section 2
Time for Objection
That the regular meeting of the Commission of the City of Bozeman to be held
on Wednesday the 16th day of October, 1957, at the hOl~ of 1:00 o'clock P.M. of I
said day, at the Commission Room in the City Hall Bll~.ldine, Bozeman, Montana, is
the time when and the place where the City Commission will consider and pass upon
objections to said proposed vacation and the City Manager is directed to give
notice thereof in the manner and for the time as 'Provided in said Section 11-))10
of the RevJsed Codes of Montana, 19h7. -

Passed and adopted by the City Commission at its regular meeting held on the
9th day of October, 1957.
