Please note the following modifications to the above referenced bid documents:
Specification Section— Special Provisions— 24. FINAL CLEANUP AND SITE
RESTORATION, Page 9:
Delete the last sentence and replace with: The cost for final cleanup and restoration shall
be included in bid item 114.
Specification Section— Special Provisions— 3 t. TSCHACHE LANE CONSTRUCTION:
Add to the end of this section:
There shall be no separate measurement and payment for removal and disposal of the
asphalt approaches into the parking lot. All costs associated with the removal and
disposal shall be included in other bid items.
Specification Section— Special Provisions—Earthwork Quantities:
The estimated earthwork quantities for Oak Street from 12`h Avenue to 71h Avenue
(Sheets D 1 and D2) were not previously provided. They are: Cut= 117 CY and Fill= 40
Cy.
Specification Section— Special Provisions:
Add new Special Provision:
32. GEOTEXTILE SEPARATION FABRIC
The Geotextile Fabric shall be Mirafi 600x or approved equal.
Montana Public Works Standard Specification— Section 02910 Seeding—3.1 TOPSOIL A.:
In the first sentence, replace 6"with 4".
