Subject: UDO Text Amendment Mixed Use Zoning District #Z-06049
Planning Staff has calculated the floor area ratio (FAR) of several representative buildings to help the
members visualize what different alternatives might look like. Items are arranged in increasing intensity. A
FAR is the ratio of total building square footage to total land area on the site. It does not include surface
parking but could include parking within a garage or other parking structure.
