1. Authorize payment of claims (LaMeres)
2. Finally Adopt Ordinance 1671 zoning for the WWTP (provisionally passed on Sept.
5)
3. Authorize City Manager to sign Release and Reconveyance of Easements with School
District #7 (Murray)
4. Award Cardboard bailing bid to FCR (Johnson)
5. Award landfill closure bid (Johnson)
6. Approval of Baxter Meadows Ph. VI master park plan (Windemaker)
*Consider a motion to approve consent items 1 – 6 as listed above.

Bozeman City Commission. There will also be an opportunity in conjunction with each
agenda item for comments pertaining to that item. Please limit your comments to 3 minutes.

1. Resolution 3963, Delinquent Weed Assessments (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion to adopt Commission Resolution No. 3963, Assessment for Delinquent Weed Mowing.
2. Resolution No. 3962, Delinquent Snow Removal Assessments (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion to adopt Commission Resolution No. 3962, Assessment for Delinquent Snow
Removal.
3. Resolution No. 3960, Delinquent Sewer Assessments (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion to adopt Commission Resolution No. 3960, Assessment for Delinquent Sewer.
4. Resolution No. 3961 Delinquent Garbage Accounts Assessment (Rosenberry)
*Consider a motion to adopt Commission Resolution No. 3961, Assessment for Delinquent Garbage
Accounts.
5. Willowbend Annexation, #A-06006 (Knight)
*Consider a motion to approve the Willowbend annexation, #A-06006, with the twelve recommended
terms of annexation listed in the staff report and direct staff to prepare an annexation agreement for
signature by the parties.
6. Willowbend Zone Map Amendment, #Z-06157 (Knight)
*Consider a motion to approve the Willowbend zone map amendment application, #Z-06157, with the
contingencies listed on page 2 of Zoning Commission Resolution # Z-06157.
7. Alley Vacation Request – Block 51 Northern Pacific Addition opened and continued
from September 5th (Kerr)
*Consider a motion to approve the petition to vacate Block 51, Northern Pacific Addition, and direct
Staff to bring back a Resolution to Vacate for action on the next available Commission Consent Agenda.
8. Street Vacation Request – Portion of Old Highland Boulevard, opened and continued from
September 5th (Kerr)
*Consider a motion to approve the petition to vacate a Portion of Old Highland Boulevard with the
condition that adequate utility easements are established for all utility lines with the platting of The
Knolls at Hillcrest subdivision plat, and direct Staff to bring back the Resolution to Vacate for action on
the next available Commission Consent Agenda.
9. Lot 24, Block A, Maple Terrace Subdivision, a rearrangement of Tracts 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, 11
and 13 of Homesites Subdivision, commonly known as 1811 Durston Road (Arkell)
*Consider a motion to determine if the subject property is necessary to the conduct of City business.
If the Commission determines that the property is not necessary to the conduct of City business:
*Consider a motion to direct staff to secure appraisal of the subject property and thereafter transfer by
preferred means, once the extent of the needed right-away is finally determined.
I. Action Items
1. City-County Inter-local agreement (Kukulski)
*Consider directing staff to schedule a ½ day workshop within the next month to set and prioritize this
Commission’s goals.
